Returns

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, along with any accessories or documentation that came with the product.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@feifind.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged product, we will gladly exchange it for a new one at no additional cost. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item, and we will arrange a replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Products that have been customized or modified after purchase
  • Items not purchased directly from feifind.com
